I am reading Simple Abundance this year. Each day provides a short piece of advice for living a joyful, contented, pleasant and abundant life. Many of the recommended tools are familiar to me: meditation, visualization, reflection, prayer and gratitude. Each day, I reflect on the things for which I can be grateful, and write them down in my journal. Here are some of the things that appeared in the last week:
