Fall has arrived in the Nation's Capitol. The days are cooler, and the sun sets a little earlier each day. I used to be able to start my 8:30pm class while it was still light outside. Now, it's dark before my 7:00pm class begins. These shorter days usually trigger my winter blues. Last year, I had one of my best winters ever, and I hope to repeat that this year. One of the strategies I used was participating in the 100 Happy Days Challenge. Every day, for 100 days, I took a picture of something that brought a smile to my face and posted it to Instagram.
